TUITION OVERVIEW

CERTIFICATE DAY PROGRAM IN DRAWING & PAINTING TUITION

There are three trimesters in each academic year. Tuition for each of the Fall and Winter fourteen-week trimesters is $2,800.00, and the Spring eight-week trimester is $1,600.00, payable in advance. A registration deposit of $250.00 applicable to tuition is required of all certificate program students at least one month prior to enrollment. No registration in a certificate program is held open without it. If desired this tuition may be paid in two installments; the first due prior to studies, the second due prior to the seventh week of study. Each of the two installments for the Fall and Winter trimesters is $1,500.00. Each of the two installments for the Spring trimester is $900.00.


SATURDAY FIGURE DRAWING & ANATOMY COURSE TUITION, Fall 2010 - Spring 2011

The tuition breakdown here is for the Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV courses. A registration fee of $250.00 is required with this fee applied towards tuition for the trimester. Please note that the tuition is different for each part of the course due to the varying number of sessions in each trimester. Each part has the same yearly total of 18 sessions.

Payment Plan 1
One payment in advance, covering all three trimesters is $1,224.00. This is a 15% discount (you save $216.00).

Payment Plan 2
Three installments, due at the beginning of each trimester for a total of $1,440.00.

Trimester 1, 7 sessions - $560.00
Trimester 2, 7 sessions - $560.00
Trimester 3, 4 sessions - $320.00

THURSDAY FIGURE PAINTING COURSE TUITION, Fall 2010 ñ Spring 2011

A registration fee of $250.00 is required with this fee applied towards tuition for the trimester.

Payment Plan 1 One payment in advance, covering all three trimesters is $2,448.00. This is a 15% discount (you save $432.00).

Payment Plan 2 Three installments, due at the beginning of each trimester for a total of $2,880.00.

Trimester 1, 14 sessions - $1,120.00
Trimester 2, 14 sessions - $1,120.00
Trimester 3, 8 sessions - $640.00.


Single sessions of the Saturday Figure Drawing and Anatomy Course and the Thursday Figure Painting Course may be attended if there is an opening and subject to the approval of the instructor. The cost is $90/ session, payable at the beginning of the session.


OLD MASTER DRAWING and PAINTING TECHNICAL PROGRAM TUITION

The Technical Foundation Course (both the Drawing and Painting Classes) tuition is $350.00 per month, paid in advance at the beginning of each month.

The Monday Evening Long Pose Figure Workshop tuition is $15.00 per session paid in advance and $20.00 per session drop-in.


2011 SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM TUITION

The ASCR offers short-term classes and workshops during the summer. Check back with us in the Spring for topics and dates.



STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT CONTRACT

All students are required to sign a tuition payment contract.

Maximum class enrollment size is limited to 15 students in each class. If classes are already filled, the enrollment deposit will be returned or, if desired, a deposit credit will be included with registration on to a waiting list.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Should a student decide to withdraw before entering into instruction, the Atelier School of Classical Realism must be notified in writing seven (7) days of the date of the agreement, where upon all agreements made in advance will be refunded.

Should a student withdraw prior to the elapse of the seven (7) day period and before entering into instruction, 90% of the total cost of tuition will be refunded.

Should the student withdraw or be dismissed after instruction has begun, but before completion of the session, 85% of the tuition will be refunded if termination occurs during first week of instruction.

Should the student withdraw or be dismissed after instruction has begun, but later than one week and less than completion of a fourth week, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.

After the first four (4) weeks of instruction, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be sent within thirty (30) days of withdrawal.
